The majority of my visits here have been for maintenance plan oil changes and have had no complaints. They are nice and get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. I did have an in-warranty battery issue and while that was resolved, it took longer than expected and was out of a car for a couple days.
I've had nothing but good experiences at Onion Creek Volkswagen. The service writers have been real car guys with a good sense of humor. Like any dealership, they're going to want to do stuff that anyone with two brain cells can handle themselves like wipers and air filters. That's probably a primary source of a lot of these subpar reviews. You just say no on stupid stuff like that and watch a YouTube video if you only have two actual brain cells and do it yourself. It's not their fault, it's just the script they follow, you bypass that and everything is fine.
Bought my third car from here yesterday! I unfortunately was in a wreck and my 2019 Tiguan was totaled. I loved that car so I wanted the same car, so I called and talked to Ruben about the situation and he got the 2020 ready for me took at so 3 days later when I had the info from insurance I knew what the dealership had. Ruben was busy when we got there but he got Michael to help us who was also pretty awesome. He was super friendly and got the paperwork started and got us into finance. I changed my mind about the color of my new Tiguan so he pulled up the silver one for me, which I of course loved. James in finance was a hoot. He made the paperwork not as painful. So if you are in the market for a new car check out this dealership and ask for Michael or Ruben and see if you can get James for finance!
Amazing customer service, from their personal Barista, Mason, to their Service Techs.
