Scott & James5+ Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I dislike dealerships period. The last thing I wanted to do was go to one. But then Onion Creek Volkswagen! Between Scott and my husband they went above and beyond to get things taken care of, mind you my husband is doing all this from Jacksonville Fl.! I went in to test drive the Atlas, Scott greeted me and although he was with a customer he had James accompany me on the drive. James was AWESOME! He told me, "I don't have to sell you this car", your probably like what! Yeah and he didn't!! LOL I feel totally in love with my Atlas! But it wasn't just the car it was the service. James was so knowledgeable in regards to the Atlas and Volkswagen in general! Every question I had he answered! I test drive another vehicle at a different dealership and I will be totally honest! The other vehicle was all the perks loaded bigger better the works, price was more. We were qualified and just had to sign paperwork there too, but there was no product knowledge! They hyped up the vehicle but never did I get my answers answered sincerely!Well I'm sitting in my Atlas now and just want people to know, you can have the fanciest loaded vehicle but have poor service and not care for the car, but you can have great sincere service and drive away in clunker and feel like it's a fully loaded atlas!! I didn't drive away with a clunker lol I have a beautiful 2019 Atlas with Trak and honestly felt like I left my families home when I drive off. I can't wait for my follow up appointment!! Not only to take my VW in but to see Scott, James oh and CJ!! We are a VW family not only because of the quality of the vehicle but more so the family we now have their!! #vwowner5daysstrong
