In and out, bought a new vw...in less than 40 minutes...

Found a Jeep online I really liked. Francisco was awesome in helping me get the numbers I needed before driving 3 hours from Fort Worth. As soon as I got in everyone was extremely friendly! I got more for my trade in than anyone else offered and got the best rates. No pressure from sales or finance. Hands down best buying experience to date and I buy almost every year. We will be back for sure - Worth the 3 hour drive. Thank you so much Francisco and team for an awesome experience!

Ruben at onion creek always goes above and beyond to take care of me and family. There is no high pressure sales tactics here. Ruben is able to read the customer and find out what they enjoy in a car, because of this he was able to find us a car that we enjoyed and fell in love with very quickly. Raymond the used car manager is also very accommodating and is great with customer service and they will both stop at nothing to make the customer happy. If you go there please ask for Ruben. He's been there longer than any other sales rep, and there's a reason for it!

I had my 2015 Passat was in for a recall and some electrical issues. The service department did an excellent job with communication about my vehicle. Once my car was ready to pick up, they made the process easy and I did not even have to worry about getting my rental back. They took care of that as well! Had some service done. They were quick and friendly. Work performed was great.

Unfortunately, in this state, I have to get my car inspected yearly. This is the best place to do it as the prices are fixed anyway. They also threw in a free car wash, and they have a coffee bar. Inside of dealership is clean and people seem professional. Much better experience than going to a lame little inspection place, sitting in a dirty chair, and paying the same amount.
