To start off I live in Florida and was on the search for a 2016 golf R in a manual option. I saw it pop up on true car and immediately called and was greeted by the ever so wonderful Ruben Rosales. Ruben was able to send me the CARFAX along with images of the car as well as information about detail of the car. The following day I was able to send the down payment and make arrangements to go pick up the car, with effortless timing thanks to Ruben and he group at onion creek who made it feel like a smooth and effortless transaction while building amazing rapport and making me feel like part of the family. Not only did my brother and I fly in ASAP but Ruben was gracious to pick us up and take us to the car which made the whole process so enjoyable. If I can say one thing, my family has decided to buy all cars through Ruben as long as he is available to service us in finding the right car to fit our needs. He is efficient and willing to work to get you exactly what you want which won major points! Ruben made the process so memorable, easy, and handled us with so much finesse, needless to say we left Texas with someone we are confident to call friend and even family. Now in finance Jay Buck was able to keep my payment where I wanted it, coming from Florida and having this portion be so relaxed was genuinely a highlight and I'm so grateful to all of his hard work. I can't begin to say enough about the top notch service at onion creek, they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with and plan on going back in the future. WoW !! James was our salesman and he made every effort to make this a smooth transaction and make us feel at home in the dealership. Fair prices for our trade-ins. Beautiful dealership - so clean and nice. Finance made the process easy and explained everything.
