Y'all!!! I cannot day enough good things about this dealership! Shawn made me comfortable from the moment I walked in. He's extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles they have. I had actually forgotten my license at home and he kindly drove me to my house in the vehicle I was looking at to retrieve it. He was able to answer every single question we had. He made recommendations personalized to what we were looking for. He never once pushed for things that were relevant to what we needed from a vehicle. He worked so hard to get us exactly the car we needed for the price we needed. Y'all he responded no matter what time it was, he worked to get us our car ON HIS DAY OFF!! His level of commitment is unreal. And he really does care about his customer for more than just a dollar amount. We were taken care of by Shawn and he helped make sure the owner took care of us too. I can't recommend this dealership enough. Plus the car itself is AMAZING (we for the 2019 Tiguan )

One of the best car buying experience for me and I sale cars!! I was in and out in 30 minutes. The whole team especially my finance guy was awesome!! Very clean dealership and lots of smiling faces everywhere.

I have had my Tiguan for almost 3 years and have consistently taken it to Onion Creek VW for both maintenance and repairs. Steve Berczik has helped me every time (now I just ask for him when I call because I know how great he is!) and his customer service goes above and beyond. He has always been honest and genuine with me about what my car needs done and I know I can trust his recommendations. Highly recommend the service team at Onion Creek.

This is a review of the service department. It is the best in town so just make an appointment. I stopped going to the other VW dealerships around town because their service reps were not nearly as professional nor their technicians as efficient in solving my old (10+ yrs) VW car problems. Onion Creek has friendlier and better communicating service reps. Their techs are worth the trip across town. They keep my car running great and have reasonable charges. Ok, yeah, I've met a couple of crappy ones at all the VW dealerships around town, but here it is extremely rare. It is a business, not a charity, sure. With that being said, bad reps and techs don't last here because they take complaints seriously. You must look through the window at the garage as well. Notice how clean and organized their busy garage is. That is Six Sigma at work. They don't tell you about it but that is what an efficient garage should look like. My friends want to bring their non-VW cars because they are so impressed with how this place fixes and maintains my car. I don't think I would have kept my car as long but hey it runs fantastic thanks to Onion Creek VW.

The dealership and people were hospitable and warm, they even have a Barista! That's next level customer service. James, our salesman and Tom in financing especially went the extra mile for us. They were helpful, honest, patient and worked quickly for my wife and I. I believe that James and Tom worked hard to make us 100% happy and meet our needs. When visiting Onion Creek, make sure to ask for James and Tom!
