If you are at OCVW, you have to request Jonathan Sosa as your Sales Associate. He is not pushy, listens to what you want, and is on your side. I have never had an easier car buying experience. I just leased a 2014 Tiguan and Jonathan stayed almost two hours past closing to wrap up the deal with me. His friendly personality and easy going attitude is what gained and will keep my business. Perfection! I went in for my 50k service which would have been great in itself, however, I bumped it up a notch and left with a brand new car. Jonathan and everyone at Onion Creek were fantastic. So friendly, so knowledgable, so wanting to make me happy -- and they succeeded. I can't say enough about this place. If you have a VW and need service GO HERE! If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned VW GO HERE! You will not be disappointed. Hooray for a new VW dealer and service provider in Austin. We are lucky to have the best. Leased during the sign and drive and was extremely pleased with Tuan our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We got our vehicle tinted and they set us up with a loaner and made everything effortless. Will definitely come back here first anytime I'm looking for a vehicle.

I don't write a lot of online reviews, but a good experience with a car dealer is so rare, I feel like I should make an exception. I bought my '14 GTi from Chad at the dealership. Chad was extremely pleasant and free from the annoying car salesman stereotype behavior. Always prepared to do the the dance of offers and counter offers, I was shocked when the first offer from Chad came back with a decently higher price for my trade than I had mentioned I would like to get after research and a sale price on the new car that was lower than even their advertised discount price. I've got a good feeling about their service department and look forward to being a loyal Onion Creek VW customer.
