I brought my 13' passat tdi for service and to get my a/c system completely replaced in addition to 30k scheduled maintenance and my service advisor Tim always uses all the resources available to him to make me feel as comfortable as possible and transition me to a loaner or shuttle service to and from and keeping me up to date with progress on repairs. I will continue to make this place my main repair shop for aslong as I own a VW.
Walked in a few days ago and was greeted immediately by Jennifer. I was able to get same day service for an oil change. Complimentary beverage is always nice. It may seem pricey but you cannot put a price on customer service. Jennifer was a big help.
Service is pricey, like all dealerships, but this place is really top notch! Complementary beverages (cappuccinos, lattes, teas, sodas, etc) with a very friendly staff. Soooo glad I don't have to ever go to Charles Maund again-- where the service takes 3 hours at minimum, regardless of what you need done.
Jonathan Sosa and the management @ Onion Creek VW go above and beyond to make their customers' dreams come true. It was a real pleasure doing business with them.

First off, David Burnham my salesman was so easy to work with. No pressure, fun, helpful. I left after my test drive to think about my decision. When I returned two days later, my entire time with the dealership, including another test drive, was less than two hours total. That was so much better than the 3+ hours I spent on my previous purchase. I was also introduced to everyone in the process & felt nothing about closed door bamboozlement. A very unfortunate accident brought me to the dealership; but everyone I encountered at OCVW did their best to make the process as painless as possible. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs.
